It all starts with a phone call or email. Ideally we will setup a time to meet and talk about what you want. From there you get your spot in line. About two weeks out from your frame becoming the one I'm working on we will do a fit and talk about the details. I will make the drawing, run it by you to check that we're on the same page. The drawing will indicate all brazeon's and tube lengths. It will also show you where the bars and saddle are (which will map to what we did at the fit). After we both sign off on the drawing I order up the tubes if I don't have em in stock and get cracking on your frame.  We should know at the time of the drawing how long it will take. I make every effort to meet the deadlines we set, but sometimes circumstances are unavoidable. This is especially true for parts availability and paint shop backups. When it's done at paint I build it up, we go for a test ride. If every thing is cool you pay and go on your way.  I will keep you informed every step of the way in an effort to avoid unpleasant surprises. Currently the wait list extends through spring of 2012.
